The first one they sent had a bit of an issue inside because it wouldn't kick onto the high pressure pump. The problem I had was that I had already wired it to hold an internal battery before I really tested in in the field. The seller was great about it and shipped a new one when I sent the 1st back.

I'll admit it — as soon as this came, didn't open it or read the instructions, and just threw it into the car. A week or two later, I went paddleboarding - plugged it in to the car, and I was up and going. No need for instructions, since it was easy and intuitive. The LEDs seemed to come on, then turn off at some point, but that may have been a power-saving feature. I should probably read the instructions at some point, as it will probably answer some of those questions. There's both an intake and exit port, so you can also use this to deflate your board at the end of the day.The initial pump is quiet and gets the board pumped to a PSI that's probably achievable by lungs. The relatively quiet operation lulls you a bit, so when the louder high-pressure pump kicks in, it's a bit of a jolt. The pump auto-shut off at the PSI that I set, and all was good. The pump includes a few adapter tips for various pump valves. I found the included standard paddleboard locking one worked on one of my cheap boards, but wouldn't twist to lock on the other. Regardless, however, it was able to get to 12psi even without locking into place, but I kept a hand on it while it filled, just in case. The power cable stores nicely inside the pump, but there's no elegant place on the unit itself for the hose or accessory tips. There's a nice little storage case to contain all of it, however, so things still end up nice and tidy.

Its a nice looking pump. I've got this to inflate 2 SUPs. It inflates really well up to 9-10 PSI but it gets super slow afterwards. Lacks a bit of power in my opinion, I actually finish inflating my Sup with the hand pump, its faster.

I’m so glad we got this. It’s so fast and easy to pump the paddle board up now vs by a hand pump that took 20min.

Nice pump. I guess it's portable enough with the case and sizing, but I'm not sure I'd want to lug it around that much. Instead, we got a converter so we could plug it into an outlet in our pool shed to blow up our inflatables. I'd recommend.

I got this paddle board pump a few months back and have used it extensively. It compares well with all the other electric pumps I've used. The buttons and interface are easy to use, the display is easy to read, and the pump works relatively fast compared to some others I've tried. I also like that both the power cord and the air hose are fairly long and provide a little extra reach. The only downside is that the screw-on nozzles that come with the pump are a brittle, lightweight plastic instead of a sturdy plastic with a little flex. One day while removing the hose from my board, it came out at an angle (under pressure from the inflated board) and snapped off the connector piece of the nozzle. I contacted the company and to their credit customer service was very responsive and sent a new pack of nozzles, but I'm still worried that this might be a repeat event. However, for now the pump is working great and the new nozzles are holding up.

This is a product that's very misleading, and I feel purposely so. There is no battery on this unit, even though the images show a battery. There are paddleboard pumps that have batteries, but this is not one.Other than no battery, this is much better than pumping by hand. It takes maybe 5-6 minutes to get it to the recommended pressure. Time you can get other things ready. I would look for a pump with a battery, or a cheaper one that plugs into your car.

We all know how much it sucks to blow up the paddle board to 12 to 15 psi with the hand pumps. The first 10 minutes are ok, but the next 10 minutes are so bad that you don't even want to paddleboard once you're done. So I figured to save my time and energy, I'd get an electric pump, and I'm so glad I did.The pump arrived quickly in about two days and came inside the manufacturer's box nicely packaged with foam and plastic surrounding proper areas where it could have gotten damaged. The pump itself is simply fantastic. The LED screen is super convenient, and it has no problem pumping three paddleboards up on one charge. I have yet to use the LED lights, but I'm sure they will be useful at some point. They're plenty bright (especially if I am inflating or deflating my paddle board in the early morning or night)! It has an inflate and deflate option, which both work very well, and all the attachments fit well and have no problem going into the paddle board.Overall, this is a great option for those who use their paddle boards often and struggle with blowing them up. It easily blows up 3+ paddle boards without a problem and has no issues fully deflating as well. I recommend getting a pump, and I recommend this one!

Overheated before 1 paddleboard was fully inflated!! If zero stars were an option, that's what I would rate this item

We have two different SUPs that our family takes out on some mountain lakes in our state. It's a really nice way to spend the day and soak in some time nature and away from the screens. But there is no doubt that pumping them up is a chore and this pump will make that job so much easier.I pumped up one of our boards with this and it took about 15 minutes. Our Honda pilot includes a DC outlet (i.e. Cigarette lighter tpe plug) in the back of the car, so it makes it seasy to plug it in back there and pump up the sup from the back. Otherwise, if you were using hte one in the front of the car, the cord might not be as long as you would want to get to back of your car. I guess that means that in some parking lots at the lake, you're going to be inflating at the side of the car that won't be great. It does have a couple of nice features, like being able to set the PSI you need (ours require about 12 PSI) and there is also a light in case you need it. It includes multiple attachments for different boards or devices you are inflating, so theoretically you could also pump up beach balls, mattresses, etc. All if contained in a simple nylon carry case that isn't to big, and the unit itself has a carrying handle on it.I didn't see anything about a deflation setting, although on ours there is a rapid release mechansism, and then we just roll them up, so that's probably not a big deal.overall it seems like a quality unit. It has an LCD scree to show you what is going on and feels like pretty solid construction with an ABS plastic type case. It's an effort saver, for sure, and it will also save some space over those big hand pumps that you come with the SUP itself.

This works well enough for our paddleboards. It is a little heavier than I want to carry around, so we use it from the vehicle. It sure beats pumping by hand. It is easy to use.
