Has no plans or instructions on building loft or roof trusses, contacted seller offered a refund if shipped back no help or assistance on the incomplete plans, you won’t be able to cabin with these plans

um, This is nice to decorate your cubicle with...so you can dream about your cabin you'd like to build. But, this is useless to the Building department in the County where I live. They need real plans for a real construction project. 8 x 12? Why not add a bit of an additional fee and offer a copy of the real plans? Zero mention of Plumbing? What house has no plumbing? Sorry, It just feels like you're playing on people's hopes and dreams here.

You can't go wrong on these cabin plans they are very detailed and have a material list that shows you right down to the last board of what it takes to build your cabin. You can go onto Amazon and look up Easy Cabin Plans and find all different sizes as well as EBay Store. Their is even storage sheds with the same. You can get a step by step instruction guide that anyone could understand how to build. CHECK IT OUT before you go spend hundreds of dollars on other plans that don't give half the information as these.
