This plates comes with everything pictured and works as advertised. Much easier and quicker than having to fabricate your own. Metal was easy to weld and the paint is tough. The only reason I'm giving four stars is the plate has considerable flex at full length, just by using your hand you can flex the plate. I cut about 3-4" off the tail end and that solved the issue.
