How to replace a Power Steering Pump

1 Drain the Power Steering
2 Remove Accessories From Power Steering System
3 Remove the Pulley Bolts and Power Steering Pump
4 Press on the Power Steering Pulley
5 Align the Pulley and Attach the Belts
6 Flush and Fill the Power Steering System and Then Cleanup

Regarding leakage:

1. Check for damage to pipes and pipe joints.

2. Tighten the fixing screws of the booster pump.

3. Check, clean, or replace the filtering device to keep the oil circuit unobstructed and prevent foreign objects from blocking the spool.

This pump is making more noise than the pump I removed from my truck with over 200,000 miles on it. I replaced the pump & all the fluid. Not very happy with this outcome.
