Great folding star paper. I filled some little glass jars with these and gave away as gifts for friends. The paper is great quality and folds up nicely.

I've bought a number of different brands and colors/designs of star paper, so I know good vs poor quality. The colors are nice and screen accurate to my Samsung devices. The paper is akin to printer/copy paper. It is smooth on both sides, and on the thinner side, but is still strong. It won't tear when you're making that first knot! It's also thin enough that it's still easy to puff up the stars. All of the colors are the same thickness, texture, and quality paper. I've had many sets that aren't!The strips are attached to glue binding in groups including all colors. There are five bundles which are individually wrapped in cellophane, then all five are stored inside a thicker zip top bag. The bag is plain white and translucent except for the small barcode and product name labels on one side, so you could probably reuse the bag for a pencil bag or makeup brush bag once you're done making stars. The zipper is sturdy and has held up to my repeated use.Good paper quality and quantity for the money, and the colors are really pretty. I will probably buy this again at a later date to fill other larger containers.

I have bought a few different kinds of the paper stars and these are by far my favorite! The colors are vibrant and you receive so many! Will definitely be buying again.

This set of paper strips for making origami stars is quite versatile. I recently have taken up a new hobby, paper quilling. It is an old art form that making a comeback and starting to trend. It requires the use of many long, uniform paper strips. My first few projects were done from a kit, which included the tools and paper but of course the paper is consumable. This origami paper is a perfect replacement. The paper is of lightweight thickness, but thick enough to work with easily, and not very prone to tearing. It rolls nicely (a quilling thing), and adhesive adheres smoothly, evenly, and cleanly. I can't speak to it performance as an origami supply, but for paper quilling it is fantastic. Great buy.

I purchased the blue-purple set. I'm not using this to make stars, but rather for paper quilling art projects. This is an art form made with rolled, curled and shaped paper mounted "on edge." The solid core is essential, since the edge is highly visible with this technique. This paper was cut smoothly, evenly and at a consistent size. It rolls nicely. The 1,080 sheet set I ordered came in two packs.The colors are vivid and lovely. The three purples in this set are close enough in shades to be a mid-tone, highlight and shadow color for each other; the blues are much further apart on the color spectrum, and there was a lovely cream/off-white color included as well.If you are getting this with the intention of making origami stars, then you will appreciate that there is also a visual, image-based step-by-step for folding paper stars included as well. Those visual instructions (no wording) are clear and relatively easy to follow. Very handy!
