When I first received this generator, I was so excited to take it on a camping trip. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered it had leaked oil and gasolinE. Given the potential fire hazard and proximity to electrical components, we decided not to risk using it and safely packed it away. I was extremely disappointed and honestly upset. However, what happened next completely changed my opinion. The company reached out to me immediately after hearing about the issue. They were incredibly kind, understanding, and professional. Without any hassle, they sent me a brand-new replacement—quickly and at no additional cost. That level of customer care is rare and deeply appreciated.Yesterday, I received the replacement and tested it right away. It worked perfectly! It was easy to set up, started without trouble, and ran just as advertised. I'm now truly happy with my purchase and feel confident using it on future trips.Huge thank you to the team for turning a frustrating situation into a great experience. You’ve gained a loyal customer FOR LIFE!MAY YOUR SALES INCREASE AS YOU TRULY DESERVE IT!

First make sure you fill the unit with oil. The two options are 10w30 and 15w40. As near as I can make out , and seems to make sense, the short answer is 10w30 for winter 15w40 for summer. It took more oil than I though for a "small" unit, but that's good. Started right up with just a couple pulls. It did smoke a fair bit. Took a good 20 minutes to clear up. I assume this is due to oils in the machine from manufacture, though most any other engine I have started like this don't smoke as long. Engine purred nicely, was quite quiet. I have a 1000w older Honda, I'd say it was comparable. Honda does seem to have the corner on quiet. Anyway, I tested it with an older Makita circular saw that I acquired that had been used for cutting stone of concrete. I blew a ton of dust out of it when I got it. Figured that would be a good a test as any kicking that over. I put the saw Anna 12ga/25foot cord. The saw ran just like it was connected to 120v power. I had the "Eco" on, which is basically an idle control that kicks the unit back to a low idle when not under load. push the trigger on the saw, generator immediately revs up saw comes right up to speed like "normal", let of the trigger, generator kicks right back to idle. I am pleased with that. The unit is a bit taller than I imagined it would be, you can check the specs against a Honda unit if you like. I am a 61 year old male in good shape and the weight is not bad to move around, even with half a tank of gas. A short test, but it seems it will do what I want for my service trailer.

Absolutely love this simple to use little powerhouse of a generator. It started after a couple of pulls and never missed a beat. The size is perfect for making sure you can run some of your larger appliances like a refrigerator or freezer or a window air conditioner or a space heater in case of a power outage. You'll need to have some good 4 cycle engine oil because none comes with the generator. The eco mode is a nice feature if you don't need the full 2200 watts but it will increase speed to match power demands. There are two 120 v receptacles and two USB receptacles. It is extraordinarily light, easy to carry around, and unbelievably quiet. I love this generator and I'm sure it will come in handy as the grid gets more and more sketchy!
