I ordered the 120v. I didnt check (my fault) and finally got to installing this in my control panel. On first glance it seemed to work; until it started emitting smoke and melting. Turns out they accidentally sent me the 24v option, which did NOT like 120v input.

Industrial quality, not cheaply built.Nice screw terminalsI added short leads and use it for a remote tester so I can hear the buzzer when circuit is emnergized.

Bigger than was expected. Very loud which is great so it can be heard in the house from the panel box in the garage. Appears to be made well.
