The unit is special designed for cut the paper. Large bottom storage tray.
The red wheel can be installed the paper tape. The tape can be pulled out with the masking paper and cutting according to adjust the position of the screws on both sides of the tape wheel.
With wheels at the bottom, the steering is flexible and easy to move.
Fixing screws at both ends could easily to adjustable paper loading position.Cutters at both ends with a spring used to hold the masking paper which have been pull out.

I'd give the product itself 3 maybe 4 stars but the company really missed the mark on self-support. The instructions are horrible and its just a sheet of paper with a few grainy images of all the parts. There is no text to explain how the cart goes together or how it works. Luckily I am fairly handy and was able to work from the images but I'm not very impressed with what I got. The cart is somewhat wobbly and its a pain to assemble with the parts pinching together and whatnot. I'm going to use it for wire spools not paper so I'm deviating from the suggested use but I just think you probably have better options for paper holders. At least with a different one you may get usable instructions. The presentation is just as important as the product.
