I used this around my window Air Conditioning unit to minimize street noise.Sealing all the small air gaps.This sheet material is easy to work with.Measure, cut, test fit, adjust with utility knife or scissors, peal backing ant fit.

Sticks very well. Easy to use and cuts to size great. It's 1/4 inch thick. Forms to corners pretty well without tearing. Sound has greatly decreased. Hopefully the heat on the trail will be decreased as well. We'll see in a couple months when we hit the desert rolling!!

This insulation worked great for me. The glue is strong so it stays where you stick it. It cuts more easily than non foil covered foam yielding a cleaner, more professional result. I would buy it again because I see many more applications to use it on like HVAC specifically. Good product.

For the dimensions I ordered, I wasn't expecting the box to be that small. Which is a nice surprise, as it's less trash to deal with. Got this installed in my boat, it muffled our puppies barking. Instalation is easy, size is great. Functions as described, definetly an upgrade from precious sound "proofing" pads I've gotten. Will buy again, especially with the price being that cheap.

Looking at the pictures I thought it would be a lower quality but wanted to try it out. It is a much higher quality than I expected. It’s is light weight but high density with a strong adhesive and a very strong but flexible fiberglass and foil backing. It’s not super flexible but just enough to make it easy to install. Virtually no smell and has excellent sound dampening and thermal properties. I am definitely buying more.
