I purchased this safe and got it installed at home. I followed the instructions and set the combination. The first time the combination worked to open the safe but after the first time the combination stops working. I reset it 5 times and it happens each time. I emailed the company and also sent a message on their website over two weeks ago and no reply from them.Update: after several tries I finally got a reply and was able to get the safe to work.

I finally was able to unlock with numeric keyboard. You have to wait one second before pressing the Pound sign. But I still cant plug the battery case plug.

The best feature about this safe is its size. Empty, it's manageable. With valuables contained... not so much. Because of its size, it can be placed in a room in such a way that it's not obvious. Even better if it's put in a closet that has good accessibility.

After multiple safe purchases with other companies and multiple disappointments, this one will do the trick. It is NOT fireproof. It comes with a fireproof bag for valuables inside, but it is not a size for documents. The size of the safe is what I needed so I’m keeping it. I ordered a fireproof document bag.

We got this safe for moving overseas and it seems to do the trick security wise. The 1.2 cubic feet safe is easy to set up and operate. It fits most items easily, like passports, birth certificates, and small electronics. One word of note: This will only be water resistant once it is mounted.

I didn’t know what to expect ordering a safe off Amazon but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s a great quality product. It’s heavy and sturdy. I did try and break into it because I didn’t know how to take the key cover off and surprise, I was not able to crack that safe! Once the key cover was off I was able to open it using the key. I will definitely order a safe from them again for any future safe needs.

Received this product well packed. The instructions how to set it up are very easy. All you need is 4 batteries. Set your own code and you’re all set! It comes with a small fireproof bag and has a dividing shelf in it. I personally took the shelf out to fit bigger documents unfolded in a separately purchased larger fireproof bag. That way it fits everything we wanted to.The code combination works great but it’s nice to have a key to open as a backup.Can’t say anything negative. Would definitely recommend buying!
