This is such an awesome purchase!!! The whole kit includes everything you need for a Dino dig!! I ordered it for my class and they got excited just seeing the box! highly recommend if your child likes dinosaurs and dirt. It is also a great fine motor exercise!!

Excellent product for our son who enjoys dinosaurs, he is on the ASD spectrum so items such as these give hima project he can manage himself. Often asks for more eggs and he is learning to clean up too.Good value for the $$, decent dinosaur likeness as well, the varying colors attracts his interest too.

GET THIS for your dino obsessed toddler!! 3 year old boy spent hours doing all 24 of them. Talk about a win. These are probably intended to be given individually as party favors but a win is a win.However, parents beware: there is old time newspaper that has some swear words on it. It's very obvious an overseas factory made this with no awareness of English translations. I just threw it out before gifting it to the toddler, not that he can read anyway.

I bought these for 3-5 year olds to use and the 5-year-olds loved them, but they were a little too difficult for the 3 and 4 year olds to break open. I highly recommend for Kindergarten and up if you’re okay with them getting messy, but not the best idea for any ages under that unless you are okay with spending a lot of time soaking them in water to soften them.

The fact that it comes with 24 dinosaur eggs, each of which is carefully wrapped, as well as excavation equipment and a magnifying glass, piqued the interest of my children instantly. Having each egg packaged in its own individual container gives the impression that it is a collection of miniature gems that are just waiting to be discovered. This was a great way to keep my children interested for a number of hours. They couldn't contain their excitement as they unearthed each dinosaur and attempted to identify it with the help of the guide. I get the impression that they have developed an interest in studying more about dinosaurs as a result of this encounter, which is an additional advantage. The little chisels and brushes were, for the most part, effective, and my children had a great time playing the role of paleontologists during the whole process. They were able to improve their patience and fine motor skills via the process of gradually chipping away at the eggs, which I believe benefited them. The fact that they were so focused on the job at hand and cooperating with one another to dig out the dinosaurs was really impressive. Furthermore, the magnifier was a wonderful addition since it allowed them to get a more in-depth look at the intricacies of the dinosaurs that they found, which added an additional element of excitement to the process.
