Did my first job with this kit. It worked flawlessly without any issues. Just note, it is HEAVY, especially when extended, and honestly extended out past about 15 to 18 feet, don't know how useful it would be. But it worked fine inside my tall metal building, but it will wear you out holding it up. I guess there's no working around that given how long it is. I had ZERO issues with the product however. I did upgrade to all quick connects on the attachments.

Very easy to set up. I used it with a 4000psi gas powered washer. It does take some effort when it is fully extended, but that is ro be expected. Pressure was great at all levels. Very pleased with this purchase

Do not buy! We bought this to power wash a elderly couple’s house. What a waste of time! First it did not work and they returning it is such another waste of time! This cannot be returned at Wholefoods, and the only option Amazon offers is UPS. I went to Staples b/c they have a sign that says UPS…but when I got inside they said I can only use a UPS Store - thanks for wasting my time with misleading return instructions Amazon! Your instructions say “Any UPS Store”, but that is not true. Somebody needs to compensate me for all the time I wasted

Wife gifted me for our 15th wedding anniversary. Quality and construction are solid, but noticed a few issues on a recent visit to our local invite only ranch.Cons:1) support belt get slippery when using water based lubricants.2) scrub brush is quite stiff. Maybe okay for those with more experience, but not ideal on beginners.3) telescoping feature can get jammed when you’re in a hurry.Pros:1) telescoping feature is nice when unexpected guests join.2) high pressure nozzle cuts down finish times.Overall a good product, but my wife is asking for more. Works great, BUT it's extremely heavy, Weighs about 16 pounds (feels like 30 pounds).That's why it came with a body strap, you cannot hold this on your own, it's just too heavy. I had to take a few rests because it was just too heavy to use.The hose that is attached to it is also very heavy and stiff. Comes with all attachments and connections. Lucky I won't be using this much, maybe once a year or so if I feed I need to do some pressure washing.
