Good morning to the company that I ordered from. First I want to say that the pendants are beautiful, but nevertheless the backs will not stay on so I've had to reimburse people their donations because they lost the pendants.

I like these pins but the backs do not stay on at least 4 pins so far. My package was closed and secure but this clear container the pins came in was not sealed. It looks like it may have been returned or opened prior to being shipped because I only received 19 pins instead of 24. I would have returned it but it was a late order placed that I needed asap and could not wait for a replacement nor have time to return. I do like the variety of pins but it needs extra backs in the package in case some are faulty and do not stay on the pins.
