I remember as a child, I have always enjoyed blowing into these noisemaker with the paper piece that rolls back up after each blow. I wanted to share the same joy with my daughter's upcoming 3 year old birthday party so I got a box. Unlike back in the day, these new updated version come in a variety of colorful design. Would have been nicer if each was individually packaged...but oh well. They still work the same. Blow into one, the paper unrolls, and then rolls back up. If more than one person blows at the same time, it creates a fun sound.
