It's a step down transformer, so there's not very much to review. It has 240 Volt input, with a 208 Volt tap for those areas, such as Chicago and New York that have a 208 Volt supply voltage. The 208 Volt tap has a cap over it to prevent accidental connection. Connecting 240 Volts to a 208 Volt terminal would result in both excess output voltage, and likely cause the transformer's primary winding to overheat and possible fail. (Connecting 208 Volts to the 240 Volt tap would not damage anything, but the output voltage would be below specification and things might not work as they should.)Everything else about this transformer looks typical for this type of product, with nothing to nitpick or deduct stars for.
