I bought these for little projects around the house and they work just fine for that. They are all the cheap style of wire nuts that you get free with any electrical item you purchase that uses wires. They wire nuts will work for any small 110V projects you have around the house but any larger projects I would recommend getting a higher quality wire nut. But for what I have used them for around the house and the cost of this set I would purchase again.

These work well enough when they work. The problem is that the plastic covers can come off the internal metal spirals (springs), which will leave exposed wiring. From there, you can get damaged equipment, blown fuses, or possibly a fire or two. However, those pesky nuisances aside, you get a lot of different-sized connectors of not much money in this set.I recommend giving the nut a good tug after you've fastened it and avoiding using these wires carrying line current or connected to anything you can't afford to lose.

I appreciated the quick delivery time when I found myself short on wire caps for a semi-urgent weekend project. Quality was good -- no issues with plastic housing splitting or slipping when applying torque. Range of sizes was helpful since I had several different sizes of wires and wire bundles to connect.
