Troubleshooting:
- The product doesn’t look like the picture.
The product may get compressed during shipping, and it arrives in a folded state. You’ll need to spread the branches upward and outward to achieve the full look.
- The lights aren’t bright enough.
We recommend using brand-new batteries to ensure optimal brightness and performance.
- How do I set the timer and mode for the lights?
You can switch modes by pressing the button on the battery box. This will also start the timer, keeping the lights on for 8 hours. If you find the lights off in the middle of the night, it’s not a quality issue—it's simply the timer turning them off automatically.

Love the size of this wreath. It has 8 modes to choose from and battery operated. Not a fan of how fast battery wears out. Wreath will need fluffing and bow, but very nice. You can add other decorations to make it stand out more.

Save your money! This wreath arrived looking used and abused. The bow is crushed, a few of the gold flowers were in the bottom of the box, the pine cones are broken and the berries are chipped. There is no metal frame so it probably won’t hold its shape. I ordered 2 and I’ll probably send them both back. Pass on this one y’all.EDIT: great customer service and support. The reps reached out and resolved my issue quickly. It’s great to have a company stand by its product!

Arrived quickly. It is lovely, even nicer than expected. The 8 different light displays are fun. You will enjoy this wreath for years. You could use it on your front door, inside over the fireplace. It would be nice to have a remote control to change the lights.
