poor packaging resulted in one pen arriving with a broken tip. Also, I expected the pens to have tips that have some give, one set being firmer than the other. The black tips are firm but have some give, but the white tips are hard with no give.

This is a good set of blenders for the price. They are great for blending pencils, and the plastic ones are great for pastels, especially pan pastels. I like having all of the interchangeable sponges, so I can have a different sponge for different colors. They're easy to use and work well.
