Our neighbor gave us a Razor Vapor Electric Scooter recently. It needed batteries and did not have a charger. I picked up the batteries locally, but noticed that the charger end was a non-standard 3 pin, so I ordered this one. It fits the receptacle perfectly and fully charges the batteries fairly quickly. Very happy with this.

Was a little upset to finally open my package and wait 3 days for my son's Scooter to charge. Which we couldn't figure out what was going on. I finally looked at the package instruction and it says universal charger. I will never order anything from this company again.

Ago quite a long wait we finally received it. My son automatically plugged it in charged it up and it worked perfectly so I can't be happier although I could have gotten it at least 2 months ago.
