Came broken. You could hear the broken glass moving inside the box. As well as glass shards falling out from holes in the box.

These came really well packed. The frames were facing each other and the corners each had a protective cap for the pair that slips off. That was all shrink-wrapped tightly. Some hardware is included, which is thoughtful. Five screws and mollys, along with some hanging wire. There's also a small warranty card good for 90 days, and a simple sheet of instructions.The frames look good! I'm actually really impressed by how great they already look with the generic display prints they came with--you could probably hang them up right away with just these, they look that good.I love that this is glass instead of some kind of cheaper acetate. Having said that, these are heavier than cheaper alternatives. Thank goodness the mollys are included! The mats are slightly beveled, which is so elegant and pretty.I don't actually have any artwork to go in them at the moment, unfortunately. (I'm astounded at the price of prints right now!!) But perhaps I'll find something smaller and use a second mat...? I think that would look really sharp.

I'd give these 10 stars if I could! I am SO impressed with the quality of these frames.They came packaged so well, even including corner protectors. They are very sturdy, and I think they look like a custom frame job! They are much nicer than what I expected for 'poster frames.' The glass cover is very clear and not thin like most poster frames I have owned in the past. There are several quality tabs (I'm not sure what the technical term is) on the back that slide in place easily to hold the picture and backing in the frame.I used the mat (which is very cleanly cut) to frame 12x18 prints in the 14x20 frame. The measurements are perfect. One of the pictures I framed was a picture painted on a regular 12x18 piece of paper gifted to me by a former member of the youth group I led, and it looks so sharp in this frame!Hanging hardwire is included. I didn't use the anchors or screws, but I did use the wire and I love that they included it to make horizontal hangings so easy.I've hung both; they were some of the simplest frames I've ever bought to add artwork to and hang, and they look amazing. I'm delighted with these frames and would definitely buy more exactly like them with no hesitation for any other prints I had.

These are great frames. Exceeded my expectations. The gold tone finish frame and the clear plastic inset has no blemishes and it has the matte already in the frame. I was actually even impressed with the print in the frame when I opened it. It’s a basic boho style print but it’s good looking enough that I might use it as is. I ordered these because I had one print that I wanted to frame so the fact that I can use the other frame with the print they shipped it with is a nice little bonus until I find something to put in it. Lastly, the thing I like most about these frames are the fasteners on the back. They are spring loaded so they’re so easy to move back and forth. No need for a flathead screwdriver to pry the prongs up or messing up my nails to fasten the board down. I love that so much that I highly recommend them.

Frames are a good size and well constructed. I was surprised that they had an actual panel of glass, as a lot of frames I find these days have plexiglass. Nonetheless, the frames are basic black and can fit with most decor. The backing is nice in that it is easily removed and securely reinserted with the tabs on the back. They are easy to hang with the hangers that are on the back. They are securely attached and hold securely.

Frame itself in really nice but didn’t realize it was a wire hanger on the back. Rather it was a fixed hanger. The wire hanger is a little annoying.
