**Background:** I recently purchased a budget espresso machine. I'm on a mission to get the best extraction I can and this kit has a lot of tools I need to get there.**Build Quality:** I primarily got this for the tamper in the dosing funnel. I am very happy with the quality of both. The dosing funnel has magnets on it and it's nice. Decent quality aluminum. A temper has a very nice heft to it. The spring action is solid.The puck screen is fine I measured the thickness at 1.731 mmThe little hand tools are on the cheaper side, but that's not why I got this kit.**Function:**Funnel the final works real well and fits my 51 mm bottomless portafilter perfect. The portafilter is ferrous so the dosing funnel magnets work well.Tamper: The Tamper is nice. I definitely like having the adjustable depth. I'm really trying to dial things in and do things in the most controlled way possible. The pamper also fits my bottomless as portafilter perfect.The WDT is fine it's a little on the stiff side but does the job well enough.**Conclusions:** The main reason I got this kit was the funnel and tamper. I'm very happy both the quality and the performance of these two things.
