Product was of good quality and price. It was easy to install and we have had it for several months now with no issues. We replaced our old rocker bottoms, which were noisy and grease was ruining our carpets.

12-23-24This arrives well packaged in a reinforced box and wrapped in plastic and thin foam to prevent any damage during it's travels.I used this to replace a base which only swiveled, and I wanted a swivel rocker, this worked out perfectly.It comes with four wood screws, although I ended up using the same ones from the previous base.I could not find any markings designating front or back, so I did a little bit internet searching and found that most people install this with the two spring side, towards the front of the chair.I originally installed it this way but it forced me to tilt back so far it would tip the chair.I ended up turning it the opposite way so the two larger springs are at the rear of the chair.The swivel has a nice glide not a wild spin, so my grandkids aren't going to use it as a merry go round.I'm pleased with it and was a quick improvement over my swivel only base.Hopefully my written and photo reviews are helpful, Thank you!
