It stopped working. I was using it and then it just stopped. A little expensive for something that lasted a few times only. Maybe try another version.

This only worked for about 30 minutes and stopped. I unplugged it and let it cool down then tried again. This time I got maybe 5 minutes of steam then it quit again. It says 1.2 hours of steam but that’s BS. I was all excited to use it in my bathroom but now I’m just frustrated that I spent my money on this crap! Don’t buy!

At first, I was disappointed with the initial sputtering of steam, but after using the device for a few minutes I received a steady stream of hot vapor. Since that first break-in the steamer has reliably produced the desired effect. My first test was on a greasy stovetop, and that worked great. My wife later tried it on our glass shower doors that were getting spotty (even though we squeegee the doors each time we shower). Using the flat attachment, every spot was quickly dissolved and the glass gleams like new -- not a hint of fog.Be warned, the heat-resistant gloves that come with the steamer are a must, especially if you use the metal extension wand. The nozzle gets H-O-T!

This steamer heats up and starts pushing steam surprisingly quick and is pretty effective with just water at cleaning stuff. I like the brush attachments, the softer bristle brush worked great cleaning in the bathroom., I could see the wire bristle on something more harsh like grout or metal outside of the home. This is easy to fill with the large rubber stopper on the top and the bottom has a stopper for a drain hole as well. The hose is a bit odd to work with, it really wants to hold it's shape, as it starts to steam it's a bit more flexible but it still seems cumbersome to move sometimes as it wants to tangle on itself. Also the power cord is only 5' long and is not grounded. The unit has a standard c13 plug, and the cable is a c13, but the one end is just 2 prong. I am going to swap this out for a grounded plug, and with a cable that's a bit longer, to make it easier to put the unit into a more secure location when using it.Overall it's a decent unit and will come in handy around the house, garage and car. I do need to figure out some sort of storage bag or something to keep the hose, power and attachments in since I unplacked and discarded the box before thinking that I'll need to store this when not in use. I'll find a nice plastic bin to keep everything together and secure.
