I'm a bit of a self-proclaimed coffee snob, so consider the source when reading my full review. The short answer here is if you're not a coffee snob and just want a portable grinder for when you don't have electricity it want to feel utilitarian, this will work fine. It looks great. This grinder has a respectable range of grind sizes, and you can fit around 30 grams of beans in the hopper. The handle is long enough that the grinding process itself is a breeze. It's among the more expensive options for that the task due to the metal body, but is a nice grinder.Internally, the parts appear to be high quality, with two sealed ball bearings for the main grind shaft. My full review is more nuanced. My current daily use grinder is a Gaggia MDF I bought around 15 years ago. It's a reliable burr grinder with consistent grind size, so it's my baseline. The first thing I noticed in the grind size index on the base of the unit. Grind sizes do not start at 1, they start at either 5 or 11 depending on the position of the burr locking ring when it's assembled. The number itself is irrelevant since there are only 11 numbers, and grind sizes index up to around 30 clicks. Just count the clicks from where it bottoms out in order to choose a size.In my experience, the grind sizes listed in the insert give a slightly finer grind than my personal preference for the listed methods. My main gripe is that the grind output is not consistently sized. The larger you set the grind, the bigger the range. I used a caliper and found that the grind shaft has a runout of about .5mm. It seems the bearing housings are just slightly oversized. The result is that the burr is not held centered and the small amount of wiggle will result in grounds that vary over and under your preferred size. You can see that there are some very powdery pieces in the larger grinds in my image. I used the grind size 20 for a small pour-over and found that the dust actually impeded the drip process significantly.I've not shopped extensively for manual grinders but if I were to do so, I would likely look for something with tighter tolerance. $65 is a lot for a simple machine such as this. Consider the complexity of a fishing reel and that you can pick those up for $30 for models with two bearings.

Took a while to dial in but once I did it was great. It's easy to use and makes a great grind.

It's just incredible. Really. I read the review below from a customer who understands coffee. And I was a little worried that this product would not suit me. But it exceeded my expectations! I love coffee, but I'm not a pro. For me, it is perfect. I am already looking forward to trips to nature, where I can grind coffee and brew it

This is a review for 25G CNC 420 Coffee Grinder Manual with Funnel, Brush, Air & Nylon Carry Bag | 6 Star Conical Coffee Burr Grinder with Double Bearings | Walnut Aluminum Espresso Grinder with Numerical SettingsBrand: Dropereum(As a Vine Voice reviewer, I am under no obligation to leave a positive review. There are no rewards or incentives for a positive review, and there are no penalties or disincentives for a negative review. The only obligation I am under, and the only obligation I feel, is to write an honest and useful review.I wanted to say that because otherwise a very positive review ends up sounding like or being mistaken for an ad. It isn't. I only leave highly positive reviews when the product deserves it. And this one deserves it.)There are some extras included — a storage bag, a small brush for cleaning, and a bulb that blows a concentrated stream of air to remove dust and particles. There is also a ring of metal that might seem mysterious at first. It's designed as a funnel to make refilling easier. It's very helpful. The matte finish is attractive and it feels good in hand. The handle is made of a natural hardwood (walnut). It fits the hand well and feels much better than the usual plastic. The burrs are made of steel (5420 stainless steel), which is a better choice than ceramic burrs. When you slide the lid on over the shaft, there's enough friction to hold it there and prevent it from falling off, which is a problem with other grinders I have that fit more loosely over the shaft. There is no plastic. I appreciate this. It has a higher quality feel than most others. It seems to be made to more precise tolerances. It is able to achieve anything from a fine grind to a coarse grind. For most people this will be enough, but if you want an extremely fine grind, like a fine powder, then I would suggest looking for something else, something that is able to achieve this. Most people don't need it, but a few people do — it's better when you're making Turkish coffee, for example. This is an excellent motorized grinder that can achieve a fine powder:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F2DF2PXM?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_7&th=1I've also used both of these as pepper grinders, to grind whole peppercorns, and they work very well for that. They work for a variety of other spices as well.It is also attractive to look at. Excellent aesthetics.
