These are very bright lights for distance/spot, but have a very tight beam. The image I show is one pod so two pods are going to more than cover a road in front of you, and for a very long distance. They are not however a flood beam at all so you will likely want a separate set just for flood if you need it. I find that running two sets works better for me as many are better at one or the other. Also, they only seem to draw 1.5 amps per light at 13 volts. For a spot, these are excellent!

These are pretty nice pod lights. They're a good size to use for pods, or even for small driving lights. They appear to be well made with good materials. They're fairly bright, and throw a pretty compact, rectangular beam. It would be nice if they threw a bit wider beam, honestly. For the money, not a bad kit. Would work great on a golf cart or ATV as well.

These work well and the finish is not terrible on them Like i've seen from some other brands. The light output is good for the money. They feel pretty solid and are made of metal so they should last a while. The beam pattern is good not great. You can't beat it for the value though! I'm using these for reverse lights and they do just fine. Nothing compared to my forward facing ones but I paid 400 for them. Overall I really don't have any complaints about these lights. The install was easy.

Lights and mounts seam to be built durable. Not sure if they leak water yet as we haven’t had any rain or had to wash yet, but they look to be pretty durable and are super bright!

Great except without their leads it’s a pain to install. Didn’t realize I wouldn’t just be able to splice my own wiring in and needed their $16 wiring kit. At the end of the day not a huge deal, but unexpected for sure.Once the lights are in they are bright and great. I don’t think they are quite as bright as I was hoping, but they are definitely a vast improvement over the headlamps, even with LED Bulbs.I recommend, just save yourself time and order their wiring kit too!

Excellent light pattern and projects a good distance. The pink powder coating looks a lot better than most lights in the price range. I have a few black ones that have faded over the years, but these have a smooth finish that is sure to last. Lights themselves have some weight to them and the mounting brackets do not feel flimsy at all. Includes mounting hardware but no wiring as each application is different. No movement when secured correctly, and no vibration. These things are stout. The beam pattern has a sharp cutoff and focused center spot. Perfect for mounting on the front or in the line of sight of the driver.

Are these the best pods you can buy? Well, no, but they do project light extremely well for the price. They throw farther than some pods that cost twice what these pods do and my rating is based on what you are getting for the money. The beam is much flatter than you would expect with the 3 lenses being offset but somehow it ends up perfectly flat with all three beams side by side in a perfect row and has a really sharp cutoff. If you are close to a wall you can see the 3 beams perfectly flat and as it gets further away they blend together. There is somewhat of a prism effect or something but it's nothing that would blind oncoming traffic and it's not even very bright. The only place you can even see the prism effect is on the ground in front of you or on a wall if you are parked close enough. These really project out, you can even see the beam itself if you are looking at it from the side, that's how strong these are. I do recommend buying the harness from the same company because these actually have pretty nice quick connect plugs on them. Really great lights for the money.

These lights are super bright! Very nice light output and look great! Set up was relatively easy. Simple one bolt design to mount the bracket. Mounting the lights to the bracket MUST be done before mounting the bracket to your surface of choosing. Getting the nuts on the back while the bracket is already mounted proved to be a timely challenge. With the bracket dismounted, it was a breeze to mount the lights to the bracket. I’m still leaving the review with 5 stars, because that was operator error, not a design flaw. I love them. I chose to mount them on a zero turn mower and used the pre-assembled harness designed for these lights, which also worked great with them!I highly recommend these lights!This review was provided by a participant in Amazon’s Vine Program and is an honest, unbiased and responsible review.
