The Guset arrived in a timely fashion.One of the pieces was damaged, see photos. I need it replaced, I ordered a certain number because I need them all.

As I bottle my own beer and cider I prefer working with swing Top Bottles for finishing and storage.Rubber seals will dry out, deteriorate and crack from dishwasher cleaning and need to be replaced.These silicon seals are a great answer. Made to last MUCH longer then rubber seal, they clean up easier and more thoroughly, the compression and sealing characteristics are better then rubber and they will not deform even under pressure and long storage periods.Consider this an upgrade and a investment to longevity. 25 seal at $9.29 (as of this review) is very competitive and I RECOMMEND,

It's been a while since I've brewed my own beer and some of my swing top bottles have gaskets that were already pretty old and worn. These replacement gaskets look like a good fit so I'm giving them a shot. While I wait for a batch of home brewed beer to finish fermenting, I'm getting the bottles themselves ready to go.These silicone gaskets make for a firm fit which is what you want with these. When you swing the top in place and clamp it closed, there is a satisfyingly tight feel to it. The old worn ones feel weak by comparison, so that's a good sign. All of the bottle gaskets were in good order and fit very well. I'll update this review in a few weeks and mention how they work out in the bottling of the beer and finally opening one.
