ITS JUNK!!! The fan is on 98 percent of the time with this unit. It roars constantly. It's getting returned! DONT BUY IT.

Stays locked up all the time roars loud and killed gas mileage. JUNK DO NOT BUY. Though it might just be "tight" and would loosen up. Silly me, should have returned it when I had the chance......

It mounted to the fan but the nut is shorter so it didn’t sit down into the shroud as far as oem. Also a different style spring than oem with no way to adjust it so fan stayed engaged all the time.

It did what its supposed to, Kind of. Once you are driving for a while the fan shuts the heck up. But if you sit idle for very long or for the first 5 or so minutes of a fresh start it's on 100% full blast. My old one was on 100% full blast 100% of the time no matter what. This one at least does calm down after a while and is quiet.
