This cardstock was a good thickness and very sturdy, and the silver color was as I expected. It shimmers nicely and has a slight texture. We used Sharpie on it which came out fine, it didn't bleed through or spread on the paper. It's a bit pricey for only 28 sheets.

This shimmer cardstock is phenomenal. It is perfectly made, cuts like butter and is perfect for things like mini albums and junk journals. It's very robust and folds nicely without cracking. It is NOT solid core but is really barely noticeable. I bought this in cream and chocolate and will be purchasing white and green. I highly, highly recommend it.

This was my first time to buy this product...very pleased with it...normally I purchase 100 lbs weight but this will do the trick...love it.

I own this shimmer cardstock in three different colors: silver, cream, and blue. They are each beautiful in their own way. I can see myself having fun with them.I used the cream-colored cardstock to craft a discbound notebook cover. I laminated it (5mil).The only downside to this cardstock is the packaging. It doesn't prevent the cardstock from suffering bumps during shipping, which leads to slightly damaged corners.

I bought the blue cardstock and it is the most beautiful, shimmer glacier blue I've ever seen. My photo shows the shimmer very well, but it is definitely more blue than it looks in the photo. I tore the paper so you can see it has a white core. You can also see that it is very thick even when the paper is torn.I would say this paper is heavier, and definitely more rigid than the popular By-The-Sheet brand you can buy at a local crafts store. I like 110 lb cardstock for card bases, but this is more sturdy than papers I've seen other card makers use. I wouldn't hesitate to use it in a pinch. The shimmer on it prevents it from stamping well with dye based inks, so I would think it would work better with Staz-On ink. It works perfectly in a metal die machine.If I had any complaint - which I would be reluctant to do at such a cheap price for such a high quality paper - it would be that one corner of the cardstock is a bit crumpled on the entire pack. I typically use this weight of paper for matting my patterned papers or for die cutting, so the tiny dent at one corner would rarely be an issue for my use. But it you choose to use it for card bases, I think it would be mostly unnoticeable to the recipient.

I was expecting a more vibrant shimmer from this paper, but it has a more subtle, dull shimmer effect instead. Despite this, the paper itself is of good quality. If you're looking for a bold shimmer, you might be disappointed, but if you want an understated shine, this might work for you.
