Well packaged and looks nice but it won't light. We have followed the instructions detail by detail but it won't light. I can see the sparks from the igniter and hear it clicking but we are having to light it with a lighter which is a safety factor. We don't have the burner or the igniter box covered with fireglass and the battery is installed properly. Who wants to try to return something so large? I took a long time picking out one and I'm very disappointed. I contacted the company through their website but heard nothing back. You're taking a chance ordering from them. I'll reach out to them and Amazon in hopes that there's a remedy other than returning. Others have posted about the same issue. I believe the company knows this is an issue and they're not correcting it. I wish I had read more of the reviews. I'm writing this in hopes of preventing others from experiencing the same frustration and disappointment.

I love the size of this fire pit! Our other one was so big it took up to much room. And the color works great with our screen porch

Easy to assemble! They were very clear on the propane tank connection being outside of the fire pit it's self. The hose was plenty long enough to keep the tank out of the way.

We really like our new fire, but they dont give you nearly enough rock to cover the burner. So we need to order more. The pictures show how much they give you.

Wonderful shopping experience and perfect gas fire table, the style and color are exactly what I like, easy to assemble it after the fast delivery, always ignited quick and successfully, the gas tank should be put outside the table, but I feel safer when there is distance between gas tank and burner, maybe I just need to buy their gas tank holder to match this fire table.

I've been searching for a fire table for my garden and found this one on Amazon which met beyond all expectations. Delivery was fast and really packed well. Very easy in assembly and very sturdy. Coloris perfect to match my existing patio furniture.I recommend this fire table!
