Perfect fit same plug as the standard Infiniti plug and I was easily able to transfer over the wire to the bulb instead of removing the old one and re routing it back in the headlight, seems like they were great quality, just like stock!

Unfortunately couple of the wires that come off from the ballast were broken. The insulation around the wires had been clearly cut. It might (and I hope it will) still work, but i think it's unacceptable send products like this to the customer. There's no way that it would have happened during the shipping. I just can't bother going through the return process and extra time it would take so I hope that it will work and for the sake of new customers, their quality control would improve and catch items like this before they are been send to customer.

The ballast quit working after 18 months. The product description had indicated a lifetime warrantee, so I tried contacting the company to see what I needed to do to get a replacement. They did not respond so I had to order a replacement (from another company of course) since I often need to drive when it is dark out. I suppose they know time is of the essence on safety equipment so they can just slow play you, and you will need to move on - so beware. Thats my experience with the product and the company.

Received the ballast and igniter (no bulb included) to replace the old ballast which had been exposed to water and shorted out. The old one would work sometimes and then it stopped working at all. The best way to replace it is to remove the tire and fender liner and you will want to have some extra clips for the liner because they will break when you remove them. The new ballast works great and I have two working headlights!

I had condensation in the headlight of my 07 Infiniti G35 sedan(the 07&08 sedan look just like the G37 sedan) which led to the water draining to the bottom of the headlight housing and filling up the ballast caused the ballast to go out. The igniter wire that came with this unit was the same as the stock igniter wire I pulled out. There was a black piece of plastic that was used to hold the routing of the igniter wire. There was no way to reroute the United wire using the black plastic piece without taking the headlight housing apart. I just removed the black piece of plastic through the hole for the headlight bulb and left it out. So far I ran it about 20 hours no problems if it goes out ill update. On a side note I used silicone on the seam of the headlight housing let it dry for a day and reassembled it. I washed my car and there was no condensation the next morning. Be generous with the silicone if it looks like an area where it may get in just put a bunch of it on.

I received the item in a very timely manner. However, I connected the item prior to installing it and it worked. After spending an hour and a half fully installing it and the headlight assembly, it worked for ten seconds and shut off. Upon turning off the headlights and turning them on again it worked for ten seconds and shut off. Several more times following the previous procedure I determined that the ballast was faulty. I went onto Amazon and followed the return procedure. I received another ballast in a very timely manner. Upon trying the ballast it worked as expected. It was frustrating having to spend the additional time to take everything apart to reinstall another unit. So far, the ballast is performing as expected.

My only gripe about this is it lacks a grounding tab that was present on the original part, leaving the OEM grounding wire loose. The ballast works regardless so I don't know how big a deal it is, and it is a cost effective replacement.
