Installation Tips
Step 1. Find and remove the motor retention screw on the outside of the coach.
Step 2. Inside the coach, remove the seal to access the motor notch. Once the shaft is clear, unplug the motor and lift it up within the h-column, then pull out of the motor notch.
Step 3. Replace the new motor. Reinsert the motor wiring harness, restore the seal, and replace the motor fixing screws.
**Please note the connection between the Encoder wire and the motor. Ensure proper connection for proper motor operation.**

I swapped 2 of my 300:1 motors for there 500:1 motors. They were a perfect match. It was a lot cheaper than replacing the whole Schwintek system.

I got this to have as a spare. My RV has 3 slides that use this system and I have already had to replace one.The dimensions are exact & wiring looks the same. The only significant difference is on the end. The OE motors have either a clear/white or black cap. That part of the motor doesn't look exactly the same.I will update the review if / when I have to install the motor.
