Gerät funktioniert und die Supportwebseite ist gut gemacht.Screenupdate ist relativ langsam (über 2 Sekunden für den ganzen Schirm).Das partielle Update hat mich viel Zeit bei der Implementierung gekostet. Leider gibt es nur ein sehr simples Programmierbeispiel. Hab einen Arduino Nano verwendet. Dieser hat zu wenig RAM um vernünftig mit diesem Display zusammenzuarbeiten.Ohne partielles Update flackert der Bildschirm beim Zeichnen zweimal schwarz auf, was meiner Meinung nach sehr hässlich aussieht und für interaktive Applikationen nicht geeignet ist.

Hallo,Das Display ist heil bei mir angekommen. Es ist die Version 2.1. Die goto Library für Arduino, GxEPD2 habe ich nicht zum laufen gebracht.Die von Waveshare bereitgestellte Library hat aber funktioniert. Ist aber nur für den UNO. Muss daher versuchen die umzuschreiben für den ESP32/8266.Wie gesagt, funktioniert.MfgKarl Dabsch

Schermo di generose dimensioni che ancora gestisce il refresh parziale , utilissimo per cambiare in tempo reale ad esempio la lettura di un sensore senza fare il refresh di tutto lo schermo. Perfetto con arduino meglio se con modelli con maggiore RAM (tipo Due, etc)

They may have made a typo on the initial screen contents, but otherwise I'm really impressed with the documentation as someone with programming experience but new to rPi and Arduino etc. If done properly I think one or two 2" by 2" solar cells would be enough for most projects with this too.Many uses for this, but fun for just playing around too and fine for beginners I think.

Please DO NOT READ THEIR WIKI! It's wrong! i.e. PIN 17 you would assume its 17th on the Pi, but now. They have a picture but it took 6 emails to get it. And guess what? that picture is not in the wiki. Code does not work, Better go to Intractables and get everything there. They stile tech from sobewhere

L'écran est fourni brut avec son câble d'interface mais on trouve sur le site du fabricant un certain nombre d'informations utiles et de librairies qui permettent assez rapidement d'afficher des choses, en particulier en Python. L'écran est branché sur un RPi 3.L'écran supporte le "partial refresh", c'est-à-dire qu'il accepte de remettre à jour son contenu sans avoir à attendre les 2 secondes de clignotement caractéristiques de ces écrans e-paper. Dans mon cas c'est un gros plus puisque les informations affichées sont réactualisées toutes les 5 secondes en 24/7 (puissances électriques, température, pression, CO2). Je fais malgré tout un "complete refresh" (avec clignotements) toutes les heures pour conserver le contraste initial et pour éviter trop de rémanence. Je précise que ces deux phénomènes restent très discrets même après 48h de "partial refresh" uniquement.La taille de cet écran fait qu'il ne peut pas être fixé en "Hat" sur le RPi 3 ni même sur le RPi zéro, à part si on bidouille. On peut donc regretter qu'il n'existe pas de petit boîtier spécifique pour cette taille d'écran !J'étais fan de ce type d'affichage extrêmement peu consommateur d'énergie et tellement plus classe et lisible qu'un écran d'une autre technologie, et cet écran-là ne m'a pas déçu. Bref, je suis comblé !
