The 23 mm intake is not 23 mm it’s only 21 so just keep that in mind it’s just another problem to work out now

mounted up without any trouble, main thing once you install the whole setup is dont forget that reed kits require you to use a windowed piston so either pick up one already made or break out the drimmel and go to town but honestly i didnt gain all that much other than eliminating my dreaded 4 stroking so i guess i did gain alot

This read intake manifold is a lot nicer than the last two I bought. The gasket Reed plate and intake plate all line up nicely and fit very well. I had trouble with my last one. The intake plate wobbled and the allen wrench screws wouldn't quite fit right. I got this for the larger intake extra part. So I could put a bigger carburetor on without having to use shims and black tape. It should make a better seal. I don't like that they gave me Phillips screws to attach it to the motor. But I will use two case hardened allen wrench bolts to attach it to the motor. I am using a read intake manifold on my 100cc bike. It does help with some of the problems I had with this motor. I'm not going to use this one on that bike. I'm building a 80cc racing bike this is going to go on that motor. It is constructed a lot nicer than my last two and I believe it's going to fit very well. Just wish they made thicker gaskets for the connection to the motor and the intake manifold. But you can't have everything

Was pleased to see this was the better kit of the two I ordered from here at Amazon. This one has the larger carburetor dock and the inserts are carbon fiber opposed to the other ones found on Amazon being plastic valves. I installed it easily as it comes with some nice M8 bolts with large Phillips/Flat screws that felt firm to tighten. Carb comes extremely close to the clutch arm on the 66 china doll motorized bicycle. The only way it works with the pipe. Quality of the cast is way better with this one and worth the few bucks...

Made no difference in the power if anything it lost a little. I ended up taking off took up to much room for what it did for the over all performance.
