Face mill and arbor look well made. It all fits together as it should. Includes two full sets of inserts plus two extra (10 total).

The FMB22 fit is quite tight so I had to warm the face mill portion to get a hand fit together, nice. The shell mill portion has quite a high finish that looks like hard electro-less nickel to me.My plan is to fit this to a TTS style tool holder that is FMB22 to 0.75” straight for my TTS system on this little mill but it is always nice to have another R8-7/16” arbor in stock as some of mine end up with metric threads (M12?) which is annoying.5 Stars very good value at this price point.How I review:Reviews start with 5 stars and I subtract points.- 0 for value but I try to provide guidance-0.5 to -3 for product not matching description e.g. stainless steel is actually plated steel-0.5 to -3 for product missing badly on executionI select products carefully so low (1-3 scores) are rare but detailed comments and critiques almost always are in the review. This will get the job done and the price is good. The insert seats are ROUGH. I realize that this can be fine in practice, but coming from name-brand tools you might be a bit shocked by this one.

I did not test runout however this face mill produced a good surface finish on mystery steel (compared to my Shars brand face mill).If you're looking for an inexpensive end mill - WITH a supply of inserts - I recommend.
