I've used a couple sets of these to convert older standalone speakers to Bluetooth powered speakers, sort of as a novelty. They work fine, and the installation is pretty easy since all you have to do is drill a couple holes and do a bit of wiring.Power is pretty good, they're using a TPA3116 amplifier chip, which supports a wide variety of supply voltages up to 24V, and of course the maximum available output power varies with the supply voltage. The IC is indeed capable of 100W output at 24V, though I'd like to see a little more robust heatsink if I were going to run it at that level for any length of time.Build quality is very nice, with attractive black-solder-mask PCBs and even a little "cover" PCB to make the unit into a compact box, albeit an open-sided one (the better for cooling...) I deployed one set of these into a pair of old Acoustic Research clear plastic speakers in which the built-in electronics were dead, and with a little artful wiring, the result was a very nice looking package with great sound. These are using a better-than-average Bluetooth chip as well, which supports TWS pairing. You can connect two units via Bluetooth, and the pair will act as one, stereo, Bluetooth speaker. Nice. All the controls are done via the single knob/button, you have to remember a few combinations of clicks and long-presses but it's pretty easy to use, and is an economical way to resurrect and repurpose older speakers into something new and unique.
