When the OEM cables were out of stock, I took a chance on these. Glad I did because they are high quality, work perfectly and were one heck of a lot cheaper than those sold by WYZE.

I have several of this v3 model in different areas and they great…when they work.- THE GOOD -• Motion tracking is awesome and on point.You can even set the motion speed within the app settings.• Video quality and sound are decent for the cost of the unit.• You can mount it in different positions or it can be placed standing upright.• Night Vision is as clear as the day vision and has enough infrared lighting-THE BAD-The product itself is good quality, but it is something with the Wyze software/app that has issues with these disconnecting and won’t reconnect. I have v2’s and they actually still work and don’t go offline as much as these do. The disconnect is bad enough that it requires you to unplug each unit every time it occurs. That’s my ONLY negative about this.I don’t regret buying these, but they need to get the software issues resolved before rolling out firmware updates.

I use Wyze cameras for security. With these cables, I was able to mount my camera outside and connect the cable from the camera to my Wyze lamp socket outside of my house. The cable extended half the length of my home, which is what I needed. Works well and does the trick for a low cost! They’ve also withstood the outdoor weather.
