These are OK. They are fine. They can fit on your ankles but do not hold your legs together, so they are not particularly useful for swimming drills, and you would want to cross your legs to use them for that. They work better on the arms of a small child to help them float, but are not really great for this, because the straps are not actually affixed in place, and just slide on. They definitely can and do fall off, and when the happens the rings will also fall off. So using these with legs or arms that are flailing around is a bad plan. Using them for an entry level swimmer to get comfortable, under close supervision, is fine. The material of the floats is pretty soft and comfortable, and not durable enough like normal pool fitness gear. The price is relatively low, so this is an OK value if you manage your expectations. I do like it better than the inflatable arm floats, but do not like it as much as a real kick bouy.

Great to help with weight exercises or aerobics. Great for the legs or arms. They are very comfortable for extended wear, and they are soft and fit well. Fit adults and kids, and teens as well. Very nice for training or exercising.

The resistance was good in the water but they kept ending up around my knees. The strap would slide open as I moved around in my water aerobic class.
