2. press"Up" and "Down" to set the current value

This works as advertised. The three buttons have a nice tactile feel and the LED display is very clear. It has multiple frequency ranges to cover the full 1 Hz to 150 kHz range with 3-digits of resolution. The duty cycle has 1% resolution. The two channels are controlled independently. And, the settings are stored in non-volatile memory, so it remembers the last state when you cycle power.
