High-Performance DPST-NO Relay for Industrial Systems

The T92S7A22-240 DPST-NO relay is engineered to control high-voltage circuits in industrial and commercial environments. This 240VAC/30A relay directly replaces failing OEM relays in HVAC systems and motor control panels, addressing:

Motor Overload Failures: Restores power to Schneider Electric TeSys starters triggering E5 (Overcurrent) errors.

HVAC Compressor Issues: Resolves E3 (Voltage Imbalance) codes in Carrier units caused by relay degradation.

Key Features:

Dual-Pole Isolation: Independent control of two 30A circuits for complex industrial setups.

Universal Compatibility: Replaces Omron G5Q-1A4 and Finder 46.52 relays in automation systems.

Certified Safety: UL/CSA listed and RoHS compliant for global use.

Applications Include:

HVAC compressor circuit repairs in Carrier commercial units.

Motor control upgrades for industrial machinery.

High-power lighting systems requiring 240VAC switching.

I ordered these relays as a precaution. I don't need them -right now- but have dealt with emergencies where finding the correct relays was a pain. I'm taking the opportunity to stock up on these through the vine program so I'm ready next time. They're becoming increasingly scarce. These appear identical to the ones on my control board. I tested one by applying voltage and checking the open/close function with a multimeter - it worked perfectly.

Good brand name relays. These Potter & Brumfield relays are pretty much plug and play and will last for years. You just need to make sure you have the right type for your application. Check the wiring diagram on top (that will show your switching like NO, NC, etc) and also note the model number. Note that this one has a "A" in the model number which stands for AC voltage for the coil, so it will work with a 240V AC control circuit.
