The hinges are more appropriate for jewelry boxes but I couldn't find anything bigger that I liked so I'm given them a try on this toy trunk. The screws and screw holes are tiny. Hopefully the pictures I added give an idea of the scale.I really like the designs, and they feel like solid metal. Would recommend.

Ordered 5 sets for several projects. Hinges and latch set seemed decent quality. Screws are small. I had a tiny drill bit and pre-drilled the holes. Much easier to apply the screws without stripping. I would buy them again for future projects.

I have not had a chance to replace the hinges on my old "treasure box", yet. However, the product is beautifully done, seems very sturdy and will be a great replacement for the old hinges and lock.

I turned a hinge sideways and a nail fell out... None of the hinge bars stayed in place. the latch had a bar inserted but not secure and both hinges were held together by nails without any kind of securing. The screws it came with were so tiny they barely cleared the hinges themselves AND they were made from VERY soft metal.
