Unfortunately these would be most suitable for a child or a beginner. They are extremely light with very little resistance.I returned and they were very easy to do so.The shape is quite small, which is nice for transport and use in the pool. Just not much to use as aqua weights.

Thought there was already a picture on the camera, but the swim free weights are everything expected and more. Been literally lugging 2 3 lb free weights in gym bag to pool all summer until received package! Way lighter but still packs a fantastic punch 🥊, bicep , triceps etc all the things!Will update with pics and a video later.

I was so surprised at how effective and challenging these little guys made movement in the water. I'm pretty fit and was not sure these would offer much but I was wrong! They are small enough to easily pack but impactful enough to make a muscle burn.

Love that the foam holds up and doesn’t absorb water. Glides smoothly through the water for use while swimming laps or doing various water walking exercises. Give just enough resistance but not so difficult that deters you from wanting to use them. Would recommend this for any water activity you want to do for water fitness.
