It fits which I found surprising, since I'm plus sized with large thighs. It wasn't too tight at all! It did slide down as I walked around which is a bummer.

The concept is cute but the execution is lacking. The heart piece is plastic and the elastic is stitched around the heart and with an obvious stitch line. The elastic is also very light, does not have silicon backing to help it stay up, not tight, not adjustable, one size. Not worth $9
