I wired a set of these in parallel to rig up an old paper shredder with a larger DC motor to shred cardboard.They work well, but do get a little warm after about 90mins of solid run time. Not hot though. I think I'll set up a heat-sink before I push them much more.For the price, I have ran the HARD and no failures yet.

These rectifiers were shipped in only a little plastic zip bag which was thrown into a bubble wrap envelope. When I received them the terminals were bent. I was able to bend them back with my fingers but the intent should’ve been to protect these things in transit and that was not done. They appear to be well-made, metal enclosure potted with epoxy but they are not marked very well as to the AC or DC terminals very faintly so, so be careful when you hook them up check it with your meter and verify your connections before you apply power.
