These straps have the quick release built into them. What you do is set your belt to the size you want and kind of cinch it down, though that is sometimes difficult to do with the way the strapping works on the loop over fitting, and then once you have it the way you want, you can use the quick release to take it apart. I wish it was a bit easier to cinch down tighter. That is the reason for taking one star off.

These are some good adjustable straps. I got these for a different purpose which was to hold the tops of my soft Jeep doors closed. I am able to run the straps through the top and strap them to my grab handle so that they don't flap going down the road. I have tried different things and so far this one seems to work better than other things I have tried. They are very sturdy and thick. They feel decently made and the buckles click together well as well as open easily with one hand.
