I work in a typical office with a suspended ceiling covered in 2x4 ceiling tiles and fluorescent lights, except my management decided to change out the fluorescent lights with LED lights. These 4 x 2 Feet Magnetic Ceiling Light Covers seemed like a great idea to dim the one directly over my computer. While it does that, it's about a 1/2 in too short on the short end and a full inch too short on the long end. It was hard to get it to cover the light with all the magnets secured. The magnets are strong and the fabric comes wrinkled and wrinkles very easily, so ironing at home and folding it enough to put in the car filled it full of wrinkles again. Would not recommend this item.

This light cover magnetizes to the frame of the light and dims it enough to help the lights not hurt my eyes while keeping the space bright enough that no one really complains about the dimness when coming into the office.
