The gasket's dissolved after about two hours and fell into gas tank ! Poor Quality !

These are not the same Quality as the Original...........they are smaller & lighter, but they fit just fine !!! Seeing as I'm forever losing the cap, these are real money savers. They get five stars on value alone !!!

After only 2 months or so of use the "gasket" melted and ran down into the gas tank forcing me to remove the tank and clean the debris out. I didn't dare run the mower with the remains of the gasket in the tank that would've probably clogged the carburetor as well.

I was able to find the size of the cap in the description that matched the size I have. The only issue is the vent seals inside the cap weren't attached. I don't know how long these will last before separating from the cap, so, time will tell. For the price, they were worth it because the old gas caps were letting moisture into the tank because the venting was too large. These new caps, have pin hole size vents, so you need to keep the cap clean.
