Windscreens work as a good replacement for the original. The color is pretty true to the pictures and lighter than a deep purple.

I was so incredibly disappointed when I got this package because I realized it was only the windscreen and not the microphone. I feel like the advertised pictures are a little misleading. The windbreakers are very soft and cute. But I can't say if they work well or not, as I do not have the microphone.
