I got these bolt snaps for scuba diving. They're really heavy duty, with a smooth gate action. The piece where you press down to open the gate is wide enough to find while wearing neoprene gloves, which is not always the case with these.So far, the durability seems to be good. I've used them a couple of times, rinsed them, and they seem to be in perfect condition still. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs some heavy duty bolt snaps.

This bolt snap is every bit as good of quality as the "Xpensive one" . Very smooth operating and good strong springs. Save yourself the extra $ and buy this one instead. You will not be disappointed.

These double ended snap bolts came in a pair (so 2 of them). They are pretty robust but also heavier than I would have thought. The snap is a pull down, so you pull down on the button and it opens it up. I wasn't sure about this when I ordered them.Thoughts:- Strong, they are not going to break anytime soon- They are stainless steel, so should not easily rust. I got these for scuba diving, so that is a plus.- They are heavy. I know this may not be a big deal but when I travel internationally to go diving, weight matters.- While they slide open easily, for diving I wish I could just push then on. The plus is that they are not going to come off by accident. Its a strong clasp.Overall, if you are looking for a strong snap bolt, this is a strong one.
