I bought 4 of these to hang my flower baskets on. I wanted to be able to turn them w/o asking my Husband to lift the off the hook as they are so heavy. He really appreciated it. They are industrial strength but I wanted to make sure they fit over the bracket hook and could hold the weight of my baskets after watering. I love them bc they turn effortlessly for the flowers to get sun equally. Great purchase.
