These exercise equipment mats do the job, but they come with a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. Right out of the box, the chemical smell is intense—strong enough to linger in the room for a while. It does fade by the next day, but it’s not pleasant at first.Build quality is okay for basic use. The surface is soft and has some grip, and the mats stay in place well during workouts. However, they feel a bit too lightweight and thin to provide much actual shock absorption or vibration dampening. They're fine for protecting floors from scuffs or minor wear, but don’t expect significant cushioning under heavier equipment. The finish and cut aren't as clean and tidy as I'd like, I'm concerned about potential fraying in the future. That said, if you just need a simple barrier between your gear and the floor, they’ll work, but if you’re looking for something more substantial, you may want to consider thicker options.

Got these for my stationary bike due to the old one were wear & tear, for being used for many years, for these mat, instead of used both for the bike, I only use the bigger one for the back of the bike and instead, use the front for my knees when I am doing the ab roller exercises, anyway here’s the breakdown;Pro; really good quality material, noon slip; I notice fir sure especially when my knees on it while doing the ab roller, it’s enable for me to stay in place without moving around ( hard floor ), just thick enough to be comfortable, no odor smell ( sometime they gave those smell from coming from the factory…. ), again; really durable, size were at par, good functionality and reasonable price.Con; I really could think of anything negative for this mats, especially I am able to use not just for my bike but also for myself, this deserved the full rating of five star.

I placed these mats under my rowing machine, and they’ve been working really well. The size is just right—compact yet large enough to protect the floor. The thickness feels solid for its purpose and helps reduce noise and vibration during workouts. The material seems durable and easy to clean, which is a big plus for daily use. It also stays in place without sliding, even on smooth surfaces. Overall, it’s a great value for the price and perfect for keeping things stable and tidy during indoor workouts.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of these mats for such a simple item. They came in at a very good price and it was something I wanted so I didn't damage my floors with my warmup equipment before I would lift weights, and they fit perfectly. The mats themselves on top almost feel like mouse pad material if that makes sense however it's much more durable and it's providing great protection. This is due to on the flip side of the mat there is a beautiful crisscross pattern of a good rubber material that not only keeps the mat in place but it's actually thick enough to wear the movement of an exercise machine is not going to wear these mats down and it's going to not only keep the bike in place but it's also going to protect the floor which was the most important thing to me. They're fairly thick in the sense that in most mats they're super thin. these are about the thickness of a mouse pad and a 1/2 is the best way I could explain it. Maybe about a little over a quarter of an inch maybe a little more. The price was great. I believe it was around $10-$12 maybe a few dollars more, either way well worth it for the protection it provides. I can say fixing or replacing parts of a wooden floor is much more expensive, so that's an easy call and they're pretty darn durable. All said and done, they're just simple protective mats for a workout bike but they do a great job with a simple nice clean logo on them. Take a look at the pictures I provided as they will give you a better idea of what you're working with, but they just look clean. They work well and they were at a great price. I'm absolutely happy with them. I give the product 4 stars.

These are very simple and work great. I initially had a mat for this, but these are much better. It's great for my needs, because my rower stores vertically and I can use it, then put it out of the way when I'm done. I initially had a mat, and would have to unroll it, and try to get it to stay flat until I got the machine on top of it, then roll it back up when I wa done. With these, just put the rower where I want it and place a mat under each end, and when I'm done they just stack on top of each other and go under the rower when I store it in the corner. It's really easy, and it keeps it from sliding around. The bottom is very grippy and it's just a simple item that works well.

I do not own a BRAND exercise machine, too expensive. My bottom-tier elliptical is what I got it for.Initial Thoughts– These smell bad, like a factory, which is to be expected (smell had faded-to-unnoticeable by the next morning). They unrolled easily. A bit un-flat on the inner-rolled edges (but had laid-self-flat by the next morning). I could do without the giant company name on them (turned those to hide beneath the elliptical).Slightly squishy, firm-held to the faux-wood floors in that upstairs space. Stayed-put over the course of a few furious miles pounded-out, two days now. Then again, so has the elliptical remained over the past 150-miles-run, without.Did dull the sound/vibrations of the elliptical into the floor-beneath/ceiling-above my child, who I asked to listen for the difference. That's good.Overall– Works. Could do without the brand name (stamp it on the bottom should anyone feel like asking who made them). Five Stars: do not foresee them failing at their solitary function, anytime soon (being rather difficult to screw something so simple up, but we'll (hopefully, not-soon-)see).
